Why I don't receive email notifications on new comments/replies?
By default, you will not be notified on new comments.
To start receiving notifications you have 2 options:
Add a comment in the Comments space - once you add a comment in the shared comments, you will automatically start following the discussion.
Subscribe to Follow the discussion via the Annoto menu
I'm not able to follow a discussion
If you opt out from receiving emails, you will not have the option to follow a discussion.
You can enable/disable which notification you will get from Annoto by clicking on โPreferencesโ in the menu:
Please note that if you disable notifications in the preferences, you will no longer receive any emails for any of the videos on any of the courses.
